At Low Carb Canada, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every healthy choice you make. Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we offer a 30-day return policy on non-perishable items to maintain the highest safety and quality standards.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure the item is non-perishable, unopened, and in its original packaging; please note that fresh, frozen, and short-dated goods are final sale for safety reasons.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and a photo of the product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack the items with the RMA clearly marked on the outside and ship them back to our main distribution center using a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
